PRIMARY FUNCTION: The position of Provisioner I analyzes the process of determining the range and quantity of items (i.e., spares and repair parts, special tools, test equipment, and support equipment) required to support and maintain an item for an initial period of service. A Provisioner I should have a basic understanding of the provisioning process and the software used in these processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Perform the provisioning process with oversight from an experienced Provisioner. * Assist in the performance of the provisioning process as it pertains to the project Statement of Work (SOW). * Basic understanding of Provisioning data elements: Reference Number, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE), Item Name, Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN), Provisioning List Item Sequence Number (PLISN), Usable on Codes (UOC), and identification of the system breakdown. * Able to adequately read and understand engineering drawings and vendor data for provisioning purposes. * Basic knowledge and understanding of project related documentation such as SOWs, schedules, and standards that pertain to assigned projects. * Provide support for any conferences, meetings, validations, verifications, and/or Logistics demonstrations as required. * Performance of other related duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: * Proficient computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills and/or software programs. * Analytical skills. Must be able to interpret large of amounts of data and isolate pertinent information and facts. * Familiar with Logistics standards: GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B, and others. * Ability to enter data accurately into databases. * Able to adequately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. * Good interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. * Excellent communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others. * Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc. * Ability to follow established processes and procedures. * Good professional customer service skills; including active listening, prompt service, and follow-up. * Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista goals. * Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems. Must have a basic understanding of algebra and statistical functions. * Ability to multi-task efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Enrollment in an accredited University or College moving towards a bachelor's degree, preferred. * Previous military / government logistics experience preferred, but not required. * Must have the ability to learn new software programs. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security clearance. * Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
