About the Role Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our mission and values. The preferred candidate would be local to Maine or New Hampshire as there are requirements to be on site at our communities based on business needs. Key Responsibilities
