About the Role

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our mission and values. The preferred candidate would be local to Maine or New Hampshire as there are requirements to be on site at our communities based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials that highlight our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and realistic expectations on timelines and candidate availability.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Screen, evaluate, and recommend candidates based on objective criteria and organizational culture fit.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations and maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring best practices.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing or relevant field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Human Resources or Healthcare Recruitment certification preferred.
  3. Experience: Three years of human resources experience required. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
