What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High school diploma or GED; forklift or logistics certs are a plus
• 1-2 years in a warehouse or production setting required
• Tools used - 25' tape measure. A variety of saws, including table saws, chop saws, band saws, skill saws, & jig saws. Nail/staple guns, cordless drills, and other basic hand tools.
• Assemble INT/EXT door pans which includes blocking for hardware location such as hinges, latches, sweeps as well as installing conduit and junction boxes for electrical components.
• Assemble door frames which includes blocking for hardware locations as well as installing conduit and junction boxes for electrical components.
• Finish/complete door plugs which include installing hinges, latches, windows, sweeps, magnetic gaskets and kickplates.
• Finish/complete door frames which includes installing all electrical components, jambs, trims & labels.
• Pair and mount door plug to door frame. Perform final quality checks as well as test all electrical for functionality.
• Assemble and kit electrical components for installation in door/door frames which includes heater wires, sweep assemblies, magnetic gaskets, conduit assemblies and electrical boxes
• Crate and package finished doors for shipping.
• Framing and construction of complex 3, 4, & 5 wall, corner, ceiling, and floor panels.
