How You'll Make an Impact

• Oversee adherence to HSE regulations in all quality activities.
• Execute global and regional quality strategies and improvement plans.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance and maintain certification.
• Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Champion customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and improving processes.
• Implement global QA and QC standards to ensure defect-free delivery.
• Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs, analyze trends, and close gaps.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance quality practices and resolve issues.
• Develop and lead a high-performing quality team.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management, including 2 years in leadership within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory standards, and ISO compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing audits and implementing continuous improvement programs.
