Senior Industrial Wastewater Practitioner

Ramboll is seeking to add senior consultants to a technical leadership and client development role within the Industrial Wastewater Practice Area. Ramboll is providing this opportunity for ambitious individuals with high technical and client management skills to add to Ramboll's established technical capabilities and geographic presence.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience consulting with industrial facilities on wastewater strategic planning, technology evaluation, process engineering, design, and operational troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is expected to be conversant with current and developing physical, chemical, and biological treatment technologies. Experience within a variety of regulatory frameworks is assumed.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an existing industrial wastewater client base in the US and abroad with the ability to develop projects with existing and new clients. Initially, significant interface with Ramboll's industrial wastewater engineering group in Philadelphia is anticipated to assist with project development, execution, and quality.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • US and international client and project development
  • Responsibility for quality on a project
  • Serve as client steward/key client contact for two or more clients that you bring to Ramboll
  • Technical and management interface with the Ramboll industrial wastewater engineering group located in Nashville, Tennessee
  • Mentor junior staff

Qualifications for this position

  • Has or is capable of peer level publications
  • Has client quality written and verbal communications skills
  • Graduate of ABET accredited quality school
  • BS in chemical/environmental or civil engineer
  • MS/PhD in environmental (preferred) or chemical engineering
  • Registered professional engineer with reciprocity
