The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky, is $87,520.00 to $109,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Job Summary: The Learning & Development Manager, Operations will design and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability, performance, and operational excellence across Pernod Ricard's Operations organization. This role will partner closely with Operations leaders to identify skill gaps, build practical training solutions, and ensure employees have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to perform at their best. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this role will support manufacturing and operations teams through a mix of in-person, digital, and technology-enabled learning. The ideal candidate brings strong L&D expertise, a practical understanding of manufacturing environments, and a passion for building programs that drive measurable impact. This role reports to the Head of Talent, Development & Culture.
