As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter security-related incidents and report any irregularities.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and aware of the surroundings to help to deter potential security-related issues in the residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
