This role provides strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team responsible for the supervision, support, and case management of high-risk youth, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices that promote reformation and well-being. The Living Unit Manager plays a key role on the facility's Management Team, supports statewide initiatives, and helps ensure compliance with policy, PREA standards, performance-based measures, and OYA's youth-centered mission.
