Description and Requirements

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads technical projects, and provides training to manufacturing staff to minimize process deviations and achieve best-in-class performance indicators such as UPH (Units Per Hour) and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all manufacturing processes, ensuring stability, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolve daily process issues to maintain operational continuity and minimize downtime.
  • Implement process improvements to meet production goals, enhance safety, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff to ensure proper execution of processes and prevent deviations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (UPH, efficiency, yield) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and provide technical expertise to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate new technologies and assess feasibility for implementation to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and multi-functional teams to troubleshoot technical and supply chain issues.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and manage resources across multiple platforms and geographies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through reports, meetings, and presentations.
  • Utilize experience and data analysis to anticipate risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to train and influence teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
