As the Sales Manager for the Identification Technologies (IDT) Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, part of HID Global, you will be responsible for driving the revenue and market growth in the NAM region with a focus on growing the passive RFID business through the equipment consumable market and other industrial verticals. We are looking for a sales expert with in-depth knowledge in the RFID industry and a strong focus in the equipment consumable market. Must have an in-depth experience of sales both direct to OEMs and indirect through system integrators, distributors and reseller partners. In this role, you will work closely with the ISC Sales Leadership and the Sales Support Teams. Who are we? The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary in the United States is $93,000 to $102 The OTE is up to $199,000. This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
