Your Critical Role: Precision on the Tarmac

As the Airport Lineperson, you are the vital expert responsible for all ground operations at the Jet Center, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and exceptional service demanded by our resort members and guests.

Essential Job Functions You Will Master:

• Aircraft Servicing: Safely fueling all types of fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft daily, maintaining strict quality control (QC) during fuel loading and unloading.
• Ground Handling: Expertly towing, pushing, attaching, and disconnecting aircraft using specialized equipment.
• Tarmac Management: Guiding aircraft during arrivals and departures using hand signals and wands.
• FBO Operations: Proficiently opening and closing the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) and executing all standard operating procedures and checklist items.
• Support Services: Providing ground support equipment (AC/DC power units) for engine starts and power while on the ground, and performing lavatory services as needed.
• Customer Interaction: Communicating courteously and professionally with customers, line service, and customer service representatives in person and over the phone.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age & License: Minimum age requirement of 21+. Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professionalism: Must maintain a neat and clean overall appearance and strictly adhere to uniform standards.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we will train candidates with a strong commitment to safety and precision.
