Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Compensation: Hourly Base + Tips

Position Overview

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking high-energy, service-oriented individuals to join our Front Drive team as Parking and Bell Attendants. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a sophisticated and welcoming first impression. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy a fast-paced, active environment and are committed to delivering four-diamond service across our 7,000-acre Texas Hill Country resort.

Key Responsibilities



  • Valet Services: Safely and efficiently park, clear, and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of professional vehicle operation.
  • Guest Assistance: Manage the transport of luggage, golf clubs, and other personal items to and from guest rooms with care and efficiency.
  • Front Drive Management: Coordinate traffic flow at the main entrance to ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for all visitors.
  • Resort Ambassador: Act as a primary resource for guest inquiries, providing accurate directions and information regarding resort amenities, local attractions, and daily schedules.
  • Operational Support: Assist the front desk with the check-in process, handle room deliveries, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet office, parking lots, and bell carts.
  • Professional Standards: Maintain a composed and professional demeanor during high-volume periods while adhering to all resort safety protocols and grooming standards.


Candidate Qualifications



  • Experience and Personality: An outgoing, team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-level hospitality.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, or run for the duration of a shift in varying outdoor weather conditions. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance and vehicle operation purposes.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Communication: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English; excellent telephone etiquette is required.
  • Uniform Standards: Ability to follow strict uniform guidelines, including the use of black slip-resistant footwear.
