Are you someone that has an analytical mindset? Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for leveraging technology to elevate learning experiences? Then this is the position for you! In this role, you will partner with Legal Compliance to ensure all employees are enrolled in the appropriate courses and continuing education requests. You will manage the full OnCourse online learning cycle from module creation to implementation. This is a hybrid position that requires in office hours.

Education and Experience Requirements:

*High School diploma/GED required. College degree strongly preferred.
*Relevant experience in the following areas will be considered: Instructional Design, General Education, LMS Platforms and Authoring Tools.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

*Knowledge of LMS Platforms, instructional design principles, educational technology trends, data analysis, reporting and user support.
*Must have experience navigating through different operating systems and experience with Microsoft Office.
*Excellent oral/written communication/collaboration skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
*Must be able to adapt to different situations, demonstrate attention to detail, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
*Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Essential Functions:

*Provide updates, maintenance, and user management on Dollar Bank's OnCourse Learning platform.
*Interact with the vendor as needed, troubleshooting general issues, and provide user training.
*Administrator for the creation, enrollment, deployment, monitoring and follow-up to ensure course completion, course content management, and course assessments and audits.
*Perform data analysis, reporting, compliance and maintain standards.
*Liaison with stakeholders, implement feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
*Strict adherence to the Compliance Training Program Policy.
*All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.
