WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT: The Customer Service Representative (Halls Concierge) is the first point of contact for Halls customers, delivering an exceptional shopping experience at Halls KC - a luxury retail store. This role requires a passion for customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism. The Customer Service Representative (Halls Concierge) is responsible for cash handling, gift wrapping, stocking supplies in Hall Concierge, and performs other responsibilities as required by management. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exhibit empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer needs or concerns. Uphold Halls' brand image and demonstrate a passion for our customers in every interaction. Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a positive team player attitude within the department and the entire store. Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain Halls' high standards of presentation. Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Cash management and cash handling accurately and responsibly. Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency. Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing. All Halls employees are responsible for protecting company assets by following established policies and procedures.
