A resume, cover letter and completed application are required to be considered for this position. **Please note, this is a HYBRID role.** Position Summary As the Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations for UCLA's School of Dentistry, you will bring your fundraising expertise, strong leadership and administrative abilities and high ambitions to work alongside driven colleagues, thoughtful leadership and enthusiastic faculty committed to the success of their graduates. The school provides students and trainees with experiences that will best prepare them to be successful in this evolving health care environment. Skilled and able to deliver compassionate person-centered care in a more integrated health care system, Dentistry's graduates will be fully prepared for the future of dentistry. In this role, you will oversee the entire range of development and alumni relations for the school, establishing goals and objectives for programs and activities reflective of funding priorities and will design and implement comprehensive and integrated development and alumni programs. As the Executive Director, you will plan, manage and direct efforts to attract private support from individuals, corporations, foundations and other organizations and will lead special events, volunteer and board management efforts designed to achieve the school's goals and increase Dentistry's visibility and outreach as you represent the school to donors and the wider community.
