Clinical Practice Manager Richmond VA Pay From: $30 Per Hour MUST: The Clinical Practice Office Manager needs to have the following: 6+ years of multi provider private practice experience with 2+years of supervisory experience Experience overseeing practice site operations Hiring and training staff, supporting onboarding and employee orientations Managing staff schedules and PTO, handle employee reviews and coach and counsel staff Overseeing scheduling and supply management Experience with MIPS Quality Program performance Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry best practices in Healthcare Operations Assisting with medical billing Reviewing assigned codes for insurance billing and strong knowledge of insurance carriers Performing employee performance reviews Responding to patient complaints Initiating new workflows Implementing employee programs Working directly with human resources Bachelor's Degree Preferred DUTIES: The duties of the Clinical Practice Administrator include but are not limited to the following: Oversee daily clinic operations Hire and train staff Manage staff schedules and PTO schedule Respond to patient complaints and ensure patient surveys are positive Handle performance reviews Ability to handle all roles within office include scheduling and billing Handle the redesign of work flows and processes Confirm that patient appointments are correct and that the wait list is utilized for cancelled appointments Act as a liaison to hospitals and handle any problems that may come up Work with HR in implementing employee Rewards and Recognition Program Work on company projects and initiatives Assess patient care and provide training and education for MIPS Quality Program performance Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in Healthcare Operations Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare partners and referring physicians Oversee supply management as well as sanitizing and cleaning of the offices Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
