STV is looking to hire an Area Manager to drive strategic growth and market diversification across our Transportation Group throughout the Northern California region Your new role: As the Vice President, Area Managerbased in Northern California, you will be the second highest-ranking executive of STV's Transportation Group for the Southwest Region, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Southwest Region Manager. While the Area Manager will be expected to organize and lead STV's coverage of the Northern California market, the scope of the Area Manager role extends geographically to include clients, offices, staff and opportunities throughout California and the Southwest Region. Joining STV's Transportation West Group, you will work closely with market sector leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs) from our Centers of Excellence (COE) and other discipline leaders to deliver comprehensive architecture, engineering, planning, and design services across the Southwest Region. Our market sectors span transit corridor design, systems, facilities and planning. Under your leadership, you will manage and oversee the continued growth and health of the Region's book of business, the pipeline of opportunities and our people, in addition to maintaining trust-based client relationships with key buyers of STV's design services. Under this role, you will also collaborate closely with Market Sector Leaders on strategic hires to strengthen our mix of interdisciplinary planning and design services. What you'll be contributing to in this role: You'll be accountable for planning and organizing the annual business plan, and making the necessary operational decisions to achieve STV's desired strategic and annual outcomes for the Region.
