Business Analyst - Scrum Master

6+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst in the Federal IT space
5+ years of experience working as a SCRUM Master
Strong experience supporting Software development projects and working in a AGILE delivery role
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation projects is preferred
Strong understanding of project and configuration management tools such as Jira, Rally, or GitHub is desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to details
Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical
Active Scrum Master Certification is required
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field is required DUTIES :
Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment
Collaborate with Workstream Managers operating in Agile Product Owner roles to translate epics and user stories into actionable tasks, maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog aligned with client business objectives
Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across cross-functional teams, including technologists, security experts, product managers, and client stakeholders
Track team output, achievement, and sprint metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Help to identify and define client needs to ensure ideal performance and reporting systems are in place
Help ensure data consistency across platforms
Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment
Ensure the team's work aligns the program's mission to deliver scalable, sustainable, and impactful digital solutions for end users
Facilitate and guide one or more Scrum teams in the adoption and implementation of the Scrum framework, ensuring agile best practices are followed throughout project lifecycles
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring productive and focused meetings
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain momentum
Coach, mentor, and support team members and stakeholders in agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
