Summer 2026 Intern - Life/Health/IPS - Learning Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern Analyst to join our Knowledge Management and Learning Services team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing organizational knowledge assets and supporting learning initiatives. The intern will work on meaningful project work throughout the summer, contributing to the development and enhancement of knowledge sharing and learning processes within the organization.

• Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of knowledge management data and learning resources.
• Support the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories, including databases, intranet content, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement projects that improve knowledge sharing and learning effectiveness.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in knowledge management and learning strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in agile team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance knowledge management initiatives.
• Support the coordination of training materials and learning events as needed.
• Independently compose, edit, and communicate Learning or Procedural materials in compliance with policies, guidelines, and applicable federal/state regulations.

Who we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Adult Education, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative on project tasks.
• Prior internship or project experience in knowledge management, learning and development, or related areas is advantageous but not required.

Internship Program Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the summer internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.

Summer Internship Dates: 6/1/2026 -8/7/2026

Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week

Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.

Pay: $30.00/hr. - In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 1 day per week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays- occasionally may be other days based on work and meeting dates. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
