A bit more about you This job is for someone who thrives in building relationships with prospects and customers. In this role, you will be a critical part of the sales operations team where you will be helping structure profitable and compliant transactions that address the needs of a diverse set of internal corporate customers, maximize Adobe's revenue, and increase the effectiveness and productivity of the Adobe Support sales force. We are looking for candidates who would love to work with people and that enjoy partnering with customers on their journey to ensure they understand how Adobe's solutions will work in the real world. Someone who is eager to learn and partner with your sales teams to identify Customers' critical business issues and assist in structuring transaction that meet both Adobe's requirements and the Customer's needs. What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
