We're seeking a passionate and meticulous individual to play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle, ensuring that groundbreaking designs transition seamlessly from concept to reality.

As a vital member of the product development team, you will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into tangible products. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will directly influence the successful execution of new collections, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners, making a tangible impact on the speed and efficiency of our product pipeline.

Responsibilities:



  • Drive the execution of product development initiatives, serving as a key liaison with design teams.
  • Analyze and compile product costs, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies to maintain budget integrity.
  • Support critical sampling and prototyping phases by meticulously tracking concept samples and coordinating with external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Initiate and manage Time/Actions for key programs, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and internal support functions, ensuring seamless communication, adherence to calendar deadlines, and impeccable data accuracy.
  • Oversee and optimize relevant processes and systems to enhance efficiency and workflow.
  • Foster robust cross-functional partnerships with design, pre-production, and production teams to achieve shared objectives.


Experience/Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting product development execution within a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform cost analysis, identify discrepancies, and manage financial data.
  • Proven track record in tracking samples, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Experience initiating and managing project timelines and action plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong partnerships with diverse teams and external vendors.
  • A meticulous approach to data accuracy and process management.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions in a fast-paced setting.
