Qualifications:

  • Provide patient-centered customer service including triage, appointment scheduling, referrals, messaging, and demographic updates

  • Answer and place calls using skill-based routing, meet performance standards, and resolve inquiries efficiently

  • Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and partners while acting as their advocate

  • Ensure quality and timeliness in responses, promoting satisfaction and loyalty

  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting procedures and identifying common issues

  • Conduct research and provide benefit interpretations using internal resources

  • Collaborate effectively within teams and across organizational initiatives

  • Record all interactions in appropriate systems to support accurate reporting

  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders for training and process support

  • Oversee end-to-end patient encounter including scheduling, registration, payments, and reconciliation
