About the role:

As an Equipment Qualification intern, you will report to the Qualification Operations Manager and be located at our New Stanton facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support equipment qualification testing and analysis used to provide evidence that the equipment tested will perform its safety-related function(s)
  • Work with technical lead and project managers, and customers in the coordination of activities associated with assigned work scope
  • Support preparation of test reports using data and results obtained during testing
  • Complete assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks



Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Coursework in data analysis, stress dynamics, electrical circuitry, system design
  • No relocation assistance provided



We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.69 to $27.50 per hour.
