Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

This position will be located at our new facility: 1901 Gateway Blvd., Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Shift: 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, a Warehouse Supervisor is required to maintain a high level of service excellence to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include the supervision and oversight of all the functions within the warehouse, leadership of all warehouse team members, and promotion of and adherence to company safety rules and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise material-related functions within designated company warehouse sites. Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of the same to validate results, including full physical year-end audits
• Ensurethe proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment
• Effective supervision of all shipping and receiving functions within all warehouse facilities
• Ability to efficiently coordinate external vendor relationships with internal company processes
• Responsible for Material Delivery Management and Scheduling of all Production and/or Service parts
• Hire, train, coach, and manage an integrated Materials team, establishing performance standards, evaluating individual and team performance, ensuring company policies are adhered to, and meeting leadership's goals using PSI's IMPACT values (Innovation, Motivation, Passion, Accountability, Communication, Trust)
• Create, review, and manage material flow and production metrics by implementing Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives (Conduct 5S workshops, training, etc.)
• Communicate productivity issues to senior management in a timely and concise manner. Develop and present solutions to resolve issues or suggest cost savings
• Coordinate and partner with other area supervisors, purchasing, and vendors in a coordinated work effort and team approach to inventory management
• Knowledge of ERP systems and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and navigating the plant with alert behavior
• All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Five plus years of direct applicable work experience that built competencies and subject expertise within ma anufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Team Management or leadership experience in Warehouse operations

* Project or process management experience in a Warehouse setting with a focus on Lean principles, including PFEP and material flow

* OSHA-certified forklift trainer preferred

* APICS certification preferred

* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MRP systems (Epicor)

* Familiarity with order pickers, turret trucks, deep-reach and/or sitting forklifts

* Bilingual English/Spanish
