Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract and hybrid remote position. The work location for this role is hybrid, based in Sunnyvale, CA, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a client office on select days as determined by business needs. We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Contractor) to support the client's Scaled Sales Development (SSD) organization, partnering closely with the Premium and Virtual Chat Assistant (VCA) teams. This role will accelerate delivery of client's Online Chat and technology roadmap critical initiatives that enable scalable assisted-sales experiences and Premium product growth. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a client office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX partners to build and optimize key features across mobile, web, and cross-channel experiences that enhance personalization, engagement, and conversion. The contractor will be managed within SSD, with dotted-line collaboration across Premium and VCA leadership to ensure full alignment on roadmap priorities and execution. Responsibilities:
