This role will ensure safe working conditions and proper application of safety policies at the job site. What You Will Do: As the Bilingual Safety Superintendent, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Work Environment & Physical Demands: The majority of work is completed outside at the construction site, and in an office trailer where the project is monitored, and daily decisions are made about construction activities. The position is often exposed to sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. The job requires protective equipment when on the construction site (hardhats, safety glasses, and high visibility clothing). Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, tolerate heights, able to talk and hear others speaking, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to operate a computer keyboard and phone while maintaining visual acuity. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and 20 pounds constantly. Expected Hours of Work: This position regularly requires flexibility in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events.
