Manage the plant Reliability Team and provide leadership for the risk and reliability program, planned/preventative maintenance program, and root cause failure analysis/plant troubleshooting for the Plant. What You'll Do As the Reliability and Engineering manager, you will manage the Plant Reliability Team and provide leadership for the risk and reliability program, planned/preventative maintenance program, and root cause failure analysis/plant troubleshooting for the Plant.
