To service and maintain the upkeep of all associate housing areas in accordance with Omni Standards.

To ensure that the associate housing areas are serviced throughout the week.

• To ensure the floors are cared for in public areas and restrooms.

• All public area corridors and staircases are kept debris free at all times.

• Report anything that needs to be repaired by maintenance and follow up to ensure the issue is effectively resolved.

• Vacuum and clean all public associate housing areas.

• Able to work flexible shifts as well as holidays and weekends.

• Has strong customer service skills to build positive relationships with our internal guests, and the dorm residents.
