Job Summary We are currently hiring a Senior Compliance Consultant for our PAID team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure accurate and timely compliance auditing of payroll regulations, to assist in the timely and accurate training of P.A.I.D. department processes, and to proactively audit and correct incorrect data. Essential Duties
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, mathematical aptitude for computation, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, ability to use logic to solve difficult problems quickly by separating relevant and irrelevant information; establishes facts, obtains all pertinent information before making decisions and bases decisions on concrete evidence. and an ability to effectively prioritize in a high volume, multi-task environment. Prior payroll or accounting experience. Prior PeopleSoft or other HRIS experience is preferred and minimum one year of related experience.
