As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Saint Maries, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and maintain visibility. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in resolving issues as they arise at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movements to help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, maintaining a presence throughout the location as required by post orders.
• Support emergency response efforts by following site procedures and collaborating with local emergency services as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
