IT Quality Analyst

Ferrous Processing and Trading (FPT) is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs and has an immediate opportunity for an IT Quality Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Detroit, Michigan. The IT Quality Analyst will be responsible for providing technology support to Ferrous Processing & Trading employees at all levels of technical prowess.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Maintain responsibility for testing and evaluating software, documenting identified defects and collaborating with other functional teams to efficiently address quality issues.
• Skillfully develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
• Ensure products and services comply with internal company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Contribute and update content in a documentation repository that serves as a knowledge base for the department.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to expedite incident resolution.
• Assist with the administration of the corporate server environment including user accounts for server and remote access, network security, and distribution of network privileges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or University program certificate or five years related experience training; or combination of education and experience.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Positive, high energy, and self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and respond and adapt in changing conditions.
• The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to write and correct operational procedures.
