CORPORATE SALES MANAGER - We are currently seeking a motivated individual with extensive sales and management experience to lead our outside sales staff of 10 throughout our five locations. This position would be based at our Albuquerque, NM location.

OBJECTIVE:

This position works closely with the outside sales representatives at all locations to drive growth with effective sales strategies and product knowledge that will deliver results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with outside sales staff to develop personal relationships with our customers.
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding company sales goals by directing the sales force, developing sales and profitable marketing plans, and administering them through advertising and sales promotion programs.
  • Manage and train the outside sales team at all facilities.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of all sales related paperwork.
  • Identify, make available and schedule basic product and sales training with all factory representatives.
  • Responsible for the sales team maintaining proper standards to ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.


QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:



  • 10+ years of construction tool and equipment sales experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Ability of communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Strong product & industry knowledge related to the various types of industries the company serves and products represented.
  • Must be able to travel to branch stores to work with outside sales staff.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to the operations of the company and the ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
