Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Join a great team! This is an on-site role on the Business Services team that provides many key business services to both our corporate and wealth management branch offices. The primary purpose of the role will be to perform administrative tasks that enable the team and our business to operate smoothly and improve efficiency.

The role is a regular, in-office, part-time role of 20 hours per week eligible for health insurance and other benefits. The role has some flexibility about how you structure your schedule - full days or shorter hours per day. The flexibility of part-time can be a win-win situation!

What will you do?

  • Manage conference room space and conference calendar
  • Process invoices
  • Add and remove advisor teams in database and update titles
  • Work on team name requests
  • Order supplies
  • Prepare expense reports and provide guidance on expense report questions
  • Varied administrative work including distributing and following up on onboarding forms and updating distribution lists
  • Investigate and resolve administrative issues such as unpaid invoices
  • Process requests to order stationery and business cards
  • Support Form Updating and Client Mailings

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $21.63-$36.06/per hour based on an annual salary, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
