The Corporate Director of Investment Analysis is an integral member of Crescent's Business Development team. S/he will be responsible for underwriting prospective management opportunities for Crescent by evaluating (a) existing and (b) to-be developed hotels, that may be tied to (i) an investment sale with new ownership, (ii) existing ownership looking to change managers or (iii) RFPs run by 3rd party consultants/advisors. This position works within the Business Development department and will report directly to Vice President of Investment Analysis. Remote position within the United States or Canada Here is what you will be doing each day: *Underwrite and screen lodging investment opportunities for institutional investors on assets undermanagement or potential acquisitions with regards to investment opportunities, profitability and exit strategies. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications we are seeking: * Minimum 3-5 years of U.S. lodging industry knowledge with experience in hospitality real estate, finance or brokerage. Creation and review of sophisticated financial models for evaluation of various investment criteria, including IRR, cap rates, and cash flow waterfalls. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $169,800 - $192,440; for applicants who will be working in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $151,500-$171,700; for applicants who will be working in Washington, the anticipated compensation range is $160,200-$181,560; for applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $168,460-$190,910.
