- With no supervision, handles multiple types of mid to large-scale programs (programs typically more than $1,000,000 in scope).
- Specific responsibilities include the technical, schedule, and budget requirements, in accordance with the customer contract, and compliance with applicable FAR & DFAR regulations.
- Responsible for nurturing the growth of the business by identifying and capturing additional business opportunities.
- Develops and coordinates schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc. as needed.
- Prepares and coordinates periodic reports, studies, presentations, etc. and presents as needed.
- Supervises work efforts of program personnel. Handles personnel issues as required.
- Demonstrates ability to get along with coworkers, customers and visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Position requires Bachelor Degree and typically requires 15+ years of previous project and/or program management experience. Previous program work experience may be substituted for education requirements Duration:
