As a GSOC Operator in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities across the location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining visibility to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to receive and dispatch information accurately to appropriate personnel within the financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site teams as needed.
• Document and report daily activities and any unusual occurrences following site-specific procedures.
• Assist in maintaining access control by monitoring entry and exit points and communicating with on-site staff.
• Follow site policies and procedures while providing customer service and security-related assistance to staff, visitors, and/or clients.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and support security-related procedures.
• Support emergency response activities by dispatching appropriate resources and maintaining clear communication throughout the incident.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
