As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Campbellsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and delivering outstanding customer service through positive interactions and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor and observe the location for irregular or unusual activity, reporting findings as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency services when required, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of site-specific procedures and protocols relevant to the technology and media environment.
• Support a secure and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
