(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Applications and Operations Lead to support recruitment applications and operations; leads projects at corporate and field levels across 300+ hospitals including Acute Care and Behavioral Health. Projects include but are not limited to, vendor selection, creating project plans and task lists, and lead and develop integrations with vendors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, code, test and document new systems or enhancements to existing systems
  • Assists in recommending application solutions to meet business need
  • Participate in meetings with users, vendors, and IS staff to develop/modify system specifications
  • Support the implementation of applications and prepare the appropriate documentation
  • Support the implementation of applications and prepare the appropriate documentation
  • Perform system testing and documentation for all phases of the application development life cycle
  • Develop and manage recruitment reporting and analytics

  • Partner with Corporate HR Operations to identify areas of recruitment improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years' experience in Recruitment Systems.

  • Proficient in HRIS Systems and ERP Solutions
  • Basic knowledge of current database development methodologies
  • Knowledge of system application implementation, enhancement and support methods and practices
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems analysis and programming techniques and procedures, including: consulting with users to determine hardware, software or system functional
    specifications; design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, coding, debugging, or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user design specifications
  • Working knowledge of project development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, writing specifications, design, implementation, testing, delivery and post-live support
  • Experience with Object Oriented software development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and team members
  • Basic knowledge of IS standards and quality methods and metrics
  • General familiarity of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support the applications
