As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and observing the flow of personnel and vehicles within the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to provide information and guidance related to security-related procedures and protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and client operations by maintaining awareness of the unique environment and needs of a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Experience using an alarm panel is preferred.
• Experience in X-ray screening is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
