As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, patients, and staff. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying identification, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter potential security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing helpful assistance as needed at the front desk within the healthcare location.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and credentials of all individuals entering the premises, following established policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, observations, and security-related incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Support security-related procedures by monitoring surveillance equipment, alarms, and other access control systems.
• Assist in emergency response activities, following site-specific protocols and instructions.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site staff, and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and instructions to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities at the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
