Rollform Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations of the roll form department, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure production meets or exceeds quality and efficiency standards
• Monitor and maintain roll forming equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to operators and technicians
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with quality control, engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams
• Train employees on equipment setup, operation, and best practices
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and boost productivity
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in roll forming or metal fabrication
• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of roll form machinery, setups, and tooling adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP/MRP systems a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in an industrial environment with required PPE
