| POSITION OVERVIEW:  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise data center facilities, including power, cooling, cabling, rack management and physical security 2. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, implementing audits and remediation plans as necessary 3. Plan and manage data center capacity, expansions and readiness for new infrastructure deployment or migrations 4. Collaborate with architecture, system administration, and database teams to coordinate infrastructure deployments and support operational continuity 5. Optimize facility operations and processes, including monitoring systems, preventive maintenance and incident response 6. Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing data center operations professionals, fostering technical expertise and operational excellence 7. Perform other duties as assigned 8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures QUALIFICATIONS:
