POSITION OVERVIEW:
Evaluates strategic objectives, formulates strategic direction, and supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics. Deliver data-driven insights, evaluate growth opportunities to support leadership decision-making.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. With limited supervision plans, organizes, and develops analyses/assessments grounded in deep understanding of business trends, stakeholder groups, and/or change impacts.
2. Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Develops and implements business analyses, manages business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and/or other project work.
4. Develops frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios/recommendations and evaluate the impact of strategic decisions.
5. Interfaces with teams across the enterprise to discuss the impact of changes resulting from strategic recommendations.
6. Collaborates with cross functional peers to identify and align strategic priorities
7. Participates in cross-functional meetings to provide market research insights, competitive analysis and industry trends
8. Monitor KPIs and track progress against strategic objectives
9. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
10. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.

Minimum Requirements

  • Three (3) years related work experience with work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, or industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technological trends on business.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills including quantitative business problem solving.
  • Experience with MS Office (or similar) products for use in presentations and data analysis.
    Strong human relations skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic frameworks
