ResponsibilitiesDrive clarity and alignment: Influence senior stakeholders to turn ambiguous infrastructure challenges into actionable strategies. Track success criteria and secure long-term investments for initiatives that matter.Own roadmap and execution: Define capabilities for hyperscale fleet platforms and design with AI at the core. Lead scenario walkthroughs and golden configuration reviews to ensure precision and resilience.Champion customer advocacy: Build rollout and support plans that amplify adoption and strengthen trust. Integrate customer feedback loops for continuous improvement.Optimize performance: Use data and AI-driven insights to form hypotheses, identify features to deprecate, and manage customer engagement. Predict needs and mitigate risks proactively.Raise the bar: Thrive in high-scale environments by bringing clarity, energy, and operational proficiency to every initiative.
