YOUR IMPACT

At OpenText, we empower organizations to unlock the information advantage. As a Campaign Manager for Top Accounts, you will lead strategic, data-driven marketing programs targeting our Top 100 and Top 250 global accounts- OpenText's most valuable customer and prospect relationships.

This role is critical to driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth across OpenText's business units by orchestrating high-touch, account-centric campaigns that deepen relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrate the full power of OpenText's Information Management portfolio.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Develop and execute account-specific campaign strategies for the Top 100 and Top 250 accounts, aligning to business priorities, verticals, and go-to-market motions.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Development, and Business Unit Marketing to design integrated programs that support both retention and expansion goals.
  • Leverage data and insights (intent data, engagement scoring, pipeline analytics) to inform audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with the ABM Centre of Excellence to apply best practices in personalization, orchestration, and measurement across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, Web, and Events teams to activate coordinated campaigns across digital, experiential, and executive engagement channels.
  • Measure and report impact on account engagement, influenced pipeline, and revenue performance; continuously optimize based on results.
  • Act as the voice of the top accounts within marketing - ensuring programs are relevant, insight-driven, and tied to account needs and growth objectives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based or enterprise campaign management.
  • Proven success driving measurable impact in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels - including digital, paid media, content, events, and executive programs.
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry preferred.
