| Principal Functions: The HR/EEO Investigations Manager is responsible for conducting and supporting impartial, thorough, and timely investigations into complaints of harassment, bullying, discrimination, retaliation, and other misconduct. The Investigations Manager is responsible for completing investigations, writing reports, providing recommendations to Operations teams in conjunction with Ethics and Compliance, HR, and Legal, and proactively identifying systemic issues and trends to support organizational improvements. This role will be a shared service, supporting all three of Balfour Beatty's strategic business units across the U.S. Primary Duties: Investigations:
