As a Shift Planner, you help deliver technology that shapes the world.Introduction to the Job At ASML, every Shift Planner plays a key role in our mission to advance microchip manufacturing. You ensure production runs efficiently and safely. Your work keeps the team on track and supports the global technology supply chain. This position reports to the Production Planning Group Lead within Logistics, and works closely with specialists in Production Planning, Material Handling and Manufacturing to ensure timely completion of Work in Progress (WIP).Role and Responsibilities As a Shift Planner, you manage daily work schedules and support staff in a dynamic environment. You collaborate with different teams to make sure resources are used effectively. Your input helps ASML maintain its position as an industry leader. 
 
 You bring strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to the Shift Planner role. You are detail-oriented and flexible. You thrive in fast-paced settings and support others to do their best work. 
 Location: San Diego, CA Physical requirements: You may need to stand or move for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs may be required. ASML supports a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees. The environment is primarily within a cleanroom, moderate in temperature and noise level. This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. Evening/night and/or weekend shift may be required. The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
