Position Overview An exciting opportunity to take direct ownership of a CEO priority and deliver step-change results across the business. As the AI leader you will operate at the center of Hexion's transformation agenda, challenging leaders, holding teams accountable, and building agents at speed and scale to replace and augment process. The ideal candidate has been leading as an AI leader in their role today and can prescriptively lay out an accelerated AI strategy for Hexion. Role Mission To transform our business by utilizing AI as a strategic differentiator internally in Hexion with reimagined processes ground up across functions Key Responsibilities Vision & Alignment 
 Tiger Team Setup 
 Governance & Infrastructure 
 Quick-Win Pilots, and Process Redesign with Agents. Re-engineer 3-4 critical workflows per function using AI agents such as 
 Long-Term Impact Measurement: By 12 months, aim to deliver measurable business impact:
