Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Technology is seeking a highly skilled Staff Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our semiconductor supply chain operations. Leveraging your knowledge of supply chain processes and your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing supply chain data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Your insights will enable us to optimize inventory management, improve supply planning, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

What You Can Expect

  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Utilized supply chain knowledge to perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of supply chain inefficiencies. Provide actionable insight and recommendations for improvement, drive implementation.
  • Dashboard Design: Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards to visualize, monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and KPIs like inventory levels, demand forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
  • Data-driven Transformation: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical models, predictive analytics, and AI/ML to forecast supply requirements, optimize inventory levels, mitigate supply chain risks, and improve performance and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including supply chain, procurement, operations, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, share insights, align on strategic initiatives, and drive improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, business intelligence, or a related role within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Experience in design and development of data dashboards, reports, and metrics. Proven ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and drive cross-functional implementation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, or R. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles, including order management, inventory management, and logistics.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

80,100 - 120,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
