Position Title: Human Resources Representative

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Evansville, WI is seeking a full-time, fully onsite Human Resources Representative. We're looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR process improvements. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and site leadership to maintain compliance, strengthen workplace culture, and drive people-focused initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
